A retained service is an on-going contract, usually for 12 months, which includes support for all aspects of HR, regular employment law updates and full support as and when required.
We can offer support in updating/ writing employee handbooks, policies and procedures and contracts of employment, whilst giving updates in employment legislation.
Perhaps you need help with a specific HR project? This can arranged for you either for a set amount of time or based on the completion of a particular project such as an organisational restructure or providing you with documentation for your recruitment process or performance appraisal system.
